My name is Faizan Taimour I started this blog as a university assignment, i am currently doing Master's in International Relations but i always had a thing for blogging and fitness so i decided to start a blog on weight loss because i to used to be a very chubby guy and then someone motivated me to start working out.
I was quite bulky and my weight was 230 lbs, i had to work very hard to lose weight i jogged for 2 hours everyday and started skipping meals although i did manage to lose weight but my skin became flappy because i managed to burn the calories but couldn't do any cardio exercises, now it's been almost 2 years and my weight is quite stable still hanging around 180lbs and i haven't worked out seriously since last year but i am planing on starting working out.

- 1 Crazy Fit Vibrator
- 1 Yoga Matt
- 2 x 2 kg dumbles
